HairCut Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of New Bern Marketplace

Was really disappointed in the service. Waited an hour and a half for haircut. Was told there was a wait. The stylist I chose had an opportunity to cut my but she instead disappeared in the back until her next customers came in. I had a great stylist before but guess she's left. Won't be coming back here...ever.

I tried out sports clips when it first came to New Bern, I thought it had a cool idea and atmosphere. I didn’t know any of the barbers and didn’t have a preference. Kristen was the first available, so she cut my hair . She did a great job . I continued to go to her ever since . I recently went in for a hair cut and Kristen wasn’t there, so I decided to just have someone else cut it since I was already there . The barber who cut my hair this time did a terrible job. I’m not exaggerating when I say, it was the worse haircut of my life. Only one side of my hair was cut , never touched the top or the other side of my head . The fade was not blended , it was choppy and it looked like I tried to cut my hair myself . I asked the barber who was cutting my hair if she could cut the other side of my head and her response was “oh sure ,“ like it was a surprise I need my entire head of hair cut. Even after me asking her to cut the other side of my head, it still wasn’t done . I left with one side of my hair longer than the other and then went somewhere else to have it fixed . I will not be returning to sports clip but I do recommend Kristen at Hairapist and Nancy at Fantastic Sams.
